The Insider’s Guide To Speaking At Events

Want to improve your ability to tell your story? Learn how to organize and structure a truly compelling presentation? Or finally get past your fears of speaking in public? This talk will cover this and more, focusing on the common mistakes speakers make and how to avoid them. From managing fear, to picking titles, rhythm/pace, structure and slides.

Nick currently teaches a full-time User Experience Design Immersive course at General Assembly in Seattle. 

Nick runs Craft & Rigor, a design operations consultancy that advises businesses on how to effectively find, hire, grow, and retain UX teams through workshops, training programs, various tools and systems, and more.

Nick also carefully curates UXseattle.org, a community resource for user experience practitioners across the greater Seattle area.
